Return & Refund Policy

At HunterTac, we are committed to providing a reliable and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] prior to returning any items.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, with no signs of wear, alteration, or cut wires.

  • All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included.

  • A trackable shipping method must be used for all returns.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for items that are:

  • Customized or made-to-order

  • Marked as final sale or clearance

  • Damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Request
    Please email us at [email protected], providing your order number, detailed reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the item if applicable.
    Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  2. Ship the Item Back
    Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
    Note: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  3. Inspection & Processing
    Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it within 5–7 business days. If approved, we will either:

    • Issue a full or partial refund, or

    • Send a replacement or exchange item as requested


Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, quality defect, or wrong address), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.

  • If the return is due to customer-related reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong item, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

❗We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after this period:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the item has shipped. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our regular return policy will apply.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or you notice any defects during installation, please contact us immediately with supporting photos or videos. We will replace the damaged part(s) free of charge.
